COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE 36C26219Q1356 Responses are due by 9:00am Pacific Standard Time (PST), September 19, 2019 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, dated March 07, 2016. Solicitation 36C26219Q1356 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. This procurement will be issued as unrestricted. NAICS Code is 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard 1,000 Employees. The Government is seeking a vendor who can provide the following items for the VA San Diego Healthcare System: Part Number Description Qty I-123 Ioflupane (DaTscan) radioactive brain imaging agent 36 EA This solicitation is for brand name (exact match) only and offerors shall be an authorized distributor by the manufacture and must be able to offer full manufacture warranty all at a fair and reasonable price offering best value to the Government.
