The purpose of Amendment A00002 is to extend the quote due date as well as answer questions received. Questions and answers are listed below. 1 - total number of medical gas outlets to be tested at all facilities. There are a total of 565 outlets throughout Campus. For their locations and types, please see attachment Medical Gas Outlet Location and Type. 2 - manufacture, model, and serial numbers of the medical air and vacuum systems to quote semiannual PM service. For the information on the manufacture, model, and serial numbers of the medical air and vacuum systems see attachment Medical Gas and Vacuum Details. Quotes will now be due on 9/18/2019 at 1:00PM EST. Note: Period of performance dates may change at time of award.
