- Pricing Workbook for N62645-19-R-0078 N62645-19-R-0078 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions. The FAR and DFARS clauses may be accessed in full text at https://acquisition.gov/far/index.html and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/sitemap.html. The NAICS code is 334111 with a small business size standard of 1250 employees. This document is linked to Notice of Intent Posting N62645-19-R-0078. The contractor shall submit a quote in response to the requirement to the Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC). In accordance with FAR 13.501, NMLC intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Iron Bow Technologies, LLC. The scope of the requirement is listed in the Statement of Requirements and Equipment List. Quotes shall be due no later than 1200 Eastern Time, 18 September 2019.
