- Combined Synopsis/ Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation a for a Brand-Name or Equal, Candela GentleMax Pro, Integrated Aesthetic Treatment System is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2019-02, (Effective, 09/10/2019). The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic, Army Health Contracting Activity, US. Army Medical Command intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract for all equipment associated with this requirement that meet or exceed the Government's specifications. The Contractor is to provide the equipment listed in CLINs Structure. Interested Offerors are invited to submit a quotation via e-mail to Elena Raspitha at elena.m.raspitha.civ@mail.mil no later than specified above. Offeror shall provide a quote in accordance with the requirements stated in CLINs Structure. Offerors shall provide ALL items listed. All proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. The delivery date will be projected 30 days ADC. Clauses and provisions throughout this solicitation can be viewed by accessing website s: https://www.acquisition.gov FAR provision 52.212-1 [Instructions to Offerors Commercial] applies to this acquisition to include the following addenda: All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The SAM can be accessed via the internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Confirmation of SAM registration will be validated prior to awarding a contract. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items and any addendums to this provision apply to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
