- Product Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912L2-19-Q-5108 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333999 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids The End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: FOD and Fuel Caddy (FFC-1) with all accessories, 15 EA FOB Destination Delivered to: 22440 E Pinal Airpark Rd AASF #2, Silverbell Army Heliport Red Rock, AZ 85145 ***Question Submission: Interested Offerers must submit any questions concerning the solicitation NLT 17 Sept 2019.
