J.9 Site Visit Documentation J.8 DBA Wage Determinations J.7 SCA Wage Determinations J.6 Government Furnished Property J.5 Grid J.4 Ceiling Tile J.3 2vtl-2x2 J.2 1490 J.1 Categories of Work Classification RFP This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017819R2318 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) requires facility maintenance and upgrades to be performed within the existing structures of Building 1490, located at 19008 Wayside Dr., Dahlgren, VA. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 15 October 2019, no later than 3:00 p.m. EST. Questions and responses regarding this synopsis/solicitation may be submitted by e-mail to Juan.Mojica@navy.mil to the RFQ closing. The Offeror shall provide the DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY LOCAL POPULATION ID CARD/BASE ACCESS PASS REGISTRATION (SECNAV 5512/1) (Attachment J.9) for each person attending the Site Visit by 13 September 2019. No more than two (2) visitor requests per company are allowed. Email should reference Synopsis/Solicitation No. N0017819R2318 in the subject line.
