- Attachment 0001 Contract terms and provisions. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, Munitions & Industrial Base Contracting Division, CCRI-AE 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues a Request For Quote (RFQ) for 2 SOLIDWORKS ELECTRICAL licenses in support of ACC-RI and the Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) as Follows: SOLIDWORKS Electrical Schematic Professional Network Link, Qty 2. SOLIDWORKS Electrical Professional Network Service Initial 1-Year, for each of the above Professional Network Links. PBA Requests delivery within 30 days after award for the licenses. The 1-Year Service shall begin from the date of award. 3. RFQ W52P1J-19-T-L255 will be Brand Name only IAW with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Firm Fixed Price, set aside for Small Business concerns and IAW the terms and conditions of Attachment 0001 - Contract Provisions and Clauses. 4. The following NAICS code and small business size standard apply: NAICS: 541519 Size Standard: $27,500,000.00 5. Contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 to the lowest price, responsive and responsible contractor that is determined to be fair and reasonable and meets the requirements of this solicitation. 3.
