- DRAFT SCOPE OF WORK THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This is not an invitation for bids (IFB), request for quotations (RFQ), or request for proposals (RFP). This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. Unsolicited proposals will not be accepted. Funding is not available at this time. The United States Environmental Protection Agency has not made a commitment to procure any of the items or services discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. This RFI to identify potential vendors/contractors, as well as identify industry practices, for providing No Cost services contract to maintain the EPA Region 8 Fitness Center in Denver, CO. As consideration, the Contractor shall be entitled to all the fitness center membership fees collected as payment for performance under this No Cost contract, provided there is no cost to the EPA. This RFI MAY NOT result in a contract. EPA Region 8 is conducting market research to gather information from potential interested parties. Please reference the attached DRAFT Scope of Work. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized in the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website. It is the responsibility of the potential responders to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this subject. The closing date and time for this RFI is 4:00 p.m. (MDT) on Monday, September 23, 2019. The Government will not reimburse contractors or responders to this notice for any costs incurred in responding, or any subsequent exchange of information. All responses shall be transmitted electronically to gordon.marian@epa.gov. Please include your firm's DUNS# and business size status in your firm's response. At this time, the Government is not accepting questions pertaining to the RFI. This is a Request for Information only.
