N0060419Q4084 Amendment A0001 The purpose of the amendment is to clarify the requirements of the solicitation, schedule a site inspection, answer questions received and extend the solicitation s close date. 1.The Solicitation s Requirements.pdf attachment has been revised and included as Revised Requirement.pdf. A summary of the changes are below: a.Room 257: The Government has removed the requirement for a Video Teleconference system and replaced with a web camera setup only. Additional information provided on the requirements of the system. b.Room 292: Additional information provided on the requirements of the system. c.Room 262: The Government has removed the requirement for 70 NMCI Certified Interactive Display. A 75 4K LED wall mounted commercial display is now required. Additional information provided on the requirements of the system. d.Room 293: Additional information provided on the requirements of the system. e.Hickam Class Room: Additional information provided on the requirements of the system. f.Additional information provided on the incidental installation/configuration work. 2.A non-mandatory Site Inspection has been scheduled for: a.Date: 18 September 2019 b.Time: 8:30 a.m. HST c.Location: Military and Family Support Center, 4827 Bougainville Drive (Second Floor), Honolulu, Hawaii 96818 3.The following questions has been received and below are the Government s responses: a.Questions: Does the Room 257 Video Teleconferencing setup need to interface with the NMCI network? Government Response: No. The Government has reduced the requirement to a web camera setup. The web camera will only be connected to Non-NMCI connected devices. b.Questions: Can a downpayment be requested? Government Response: No. The Government shall only make full payment upon the Government s acceptance of 100% satisfactory installation and configuration of all AV systems. c.Questions: Will the classroom and conference room installation need to be coordinator around the Military and Family Center s training schedule. Government Response: Yes. The Contractor will need to coordinate its installation schedule with the Military and Family Center to minimize the impact on the center s educational operations. d.Questions: Can the A/V equipment be drop shipped to the Military and Family Support Center where it will be installed? Government Response: No. 4.The Solicitation s close date shall be extended to 10:00 a.m. HST on 20 September 2019.
