- J&A SOW The Army Contracting Command, Tenant Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Ametek Arizona Instrument, LLC. 3375 N. Delaware Street Chandler, AZ. 85225-1134, NAICS Code is 334516 and Business Size Standard is 1,000. The contractor shall provide the following: J505 Mercury Analyzer, UL/CE - 1 each Kit, Jerome Hard Size Carrying, Y990-0456 - 1 each Jerome J605, 990-0271 Hydrogen Sulfide Analyzer (w/comm) - 2 each Jerome Hard Carrying Case, X05, Item# 990-0217 - 2 each Jerome Soft Carrying Case J405/J605, Item# 990-0220 - 2 each Soft Carrying Case-J505, Item# 990-0247 - 1 each Public Health Command (PHC) requires the purchase and shipment of a Portable hand held Jerome J505 Mercury Vapor Analyzer and Jerome J605 Hydrogen Sulfide Analyzer to allow detection of mercury spills and vapor in air at dental clinics and other work sites using mercury. Please see the attachment labeled, "A03 - J&A" for further details as to why this action is being negotiated solely with Ametek Arizona Instrument, LLC Cage Code: 1DS44. There are no solicitation documents; however, contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government's requirement. Vendors who are not registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award will not be considered. Vendors may register with SAM by going on via the web to https://www.sam.gov. Responses must be received no later than 10:00 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time,(September 18, 2019). Responses should be submitted electronically to olga.m.hairston.civ@mail.mil. This notice of intent is not a request for completive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received by the response date stated above. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED.
