- Interested parties please complete boxes 8, 15A,B & C of the SF30 Amendment_1 form Amendment_1 changes the maximum number of deliveries in item 1.3 from 12 deliveries to 6 deliveries, and the notice due date is extended to 09/20/2019 Interested parties please complete boxes 8, 15A,B & C of the SF30 Amendment_1 form along with completed SF1449 solicitation by new notice due date and time. The formal solicitation is now open for the above requirement on Fedbizopps and closes on 09/16/2019 Interested vendors please submit quotes to the Email, Fax or Address of Contracting Officer Carol Dingess below by notice due date and time. **Please use solicitation number on subject line when responding** If an interested party's quote package has not completed all of the items listed on the first page of Attachment_1_Solicitation SF1449 form 12639519Q0206 - Instructions, the quote may be considered incomplete for evaluation purposes and no further consideration will be given, thereby making quote ineligible for award. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal Plant Health Inspection Services, Plant Protection and Quarantine Facility located in Edinburg, TX is in need of a Firm Fixed Price Five Year Blanket Purchase Agreement for delivery of Wheat Germ Meal in accordance with specifications. All cost to include but not limit to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, and transportation. First Article Approval -- Government Testing Required In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 52.209-4 -- First Article Approval -- Government Testing (Sep 1989) The USDA-APHIS will need a 5-pound sample bag (First Article) of the Wheat Germ Meal. Test Results of the testing will take approximately four weeks after receipt of the product. All samples for testing shall be delivered prior to Solicitation Closing Date to: USDA-APHIS-PPQ Mexfly Rearing Facility ATTN: BUDDY ROPER 22675 North Moorefield Road, Building 6418 Edinburg, Texas 78541 This requirement is being issued as a Small Business Set set-aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.219-6.
