- Attachment 6, Amendment 0002 - Solicitation Deadline Change AMENDMENT 0002 1. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the current Solicitation Deadline from 4:00PM CDT, 11 September 2019, to 4:00PM CDT, 12 September 2019 allowing an additional 24 hours for all vendors to address the changes made to this solicitation. 2. POCs for this amendment are: Tatyana Webb, Contracting Specialist; Phone (334) 953-3538, FAX (334) 953-3543 and Ryan Schnepf, Contracting Officer, Phone (334) 953-6776. AMENDMENT 0001 1.The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to the questions received regarding the site visit, solicitation, and its supporting documents. 2.All answers are provided in Attachment 4, Site Visit Questions and Answers. 3.CLIN 0006 has been updated in the COMBO Solicitation with the following information, " Wireless Presenter with Laser Pointer: Presentation, Mode, RF 2.4 GHz Wireless Technology, 30’ Range, Ergonomic Design, Soft Touch Housing, Plug-and-Play Technology, PC Compatible, Black in Color." 4.POCs for this amendment are: Tatyana Webb, Contracting Specialist; Phone (334) 953-3538, FAX (334) 953-3543 and Ryan Schnepf, Contracting Officer, Phone (334) 953-6776. The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to refresh and standardize 55 Officer Training School (OTS) classrooms and, deliver and install any equipment needed to provide an Acoustical/ Visual Environment to support AF OTS at Maxwell AFB, AL. This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
