- RFQ 70SBUR19Q00000313 - Behavior Threat Assessments, Consultation and Training This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation number 70SBUR19Q00000313 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. (1) This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (2) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. (3) The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611. (4) Details on line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure are contained in the RFQ. (5) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Behavior Threat Assessments, Consultation and Training as outlined in the Performance Work Statement. (6) The period of performance (POP) is for a base period of twelve (12) months with two (2)-twelve (12) month options periods. (7) The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial & FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation—Commercial Items, apply. (8) T he clauses at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Items & FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders—Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. (9) Further details on applicable clauses are contained in the Attachments.
