- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The RFP-solicitation issue date 09/23/2019 and respond due date 10/23/2019. Please notice DLA has enhance its Joint Certification Program (JCP) registration and validation procedures for additional permission to access the associated technical data. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 80945354; and solicit as OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION for approved sources of supply. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-19-R-1155 was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1560-01-308-9879, Support, Structural for 51 each. Item is not Critical/Flight Safety as verified on the CSI lists on September 05, 2019. Item is Critical Application and Export Control applies. Item is not Commercial. Item acquires engineering source approval by the design control activity; the Government does not have adequate data nor rights to data. Request delivery objective is 990 days total for the followings: 120 D ays for Contractor First Article Testing on 1 units; with 30 Days for Government Test/Eval with 840 Days for production after approval of the FAT. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
