- BELLY BAND TOP RH Solicitation for NSN 5342-01-240-1488, PR 78031919. This is a Request for Proposal for a Definite Quantity. This NSN is a non-commercial item. This is a non Critical Application item which does NOT contain requirements for IUID. This item is a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement. NAICS is 332994. This is a stock buy. The FOB point is Origin; Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination. Delivery schedule is 232 days ARO. The required quantity is 77 units. Solicitations $25,000 and over will be made in writing. Item will be in conformance with the following: IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 80064 5770318 REVISION NR B DTD 09/29/1986 PART PIECE NUMBER: 5770318-0002 Request for written proposal. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (pdf). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation anticipated issue date is September 26, 2019. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
