- Amendment 1 to RFQ W912ES19T0123 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District is seeking a contractor to replace the sealant in the construction and expansion joints on the spillway of the Homme Dam, in Park River, ND. The contractor shall supply all equipment, labor and materials necessary to perform work which includes, but is not limited to: removing current joint sealant, cleaning and preparing joints, properly installing polyurethane grout/expansive rope and a joint sealant. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ), 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this project is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with an SBA size standard of $39,500,000. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. AMENDMENT 1 POSTED Amendment 0001 extends the solicitation close date. The amendment also changes the delivery date of the work. It needs to be completed within 90 days of Notice to Proceed.
