The purpose of this amendment is to: Publish questions and answers Publish an updated filter location spreadsheet Questions and Answers - 36C24119Q0556 Filter preventative maintenance and filter changes on HV s, HVACS and Smoke Shacks VAMC Bedford, MA Q: Who is the current contractor? A: Filter Sales and Service, INC. Q: What is the current contract annual price? A: $38,038.16 Q: Will there be a site visit so that accessibility can be determined? A: A site visit can be coordinated. Q: Can a spray-on anti-microbial product be used for the filters? A: No Anti-microbial products cannot be used as filters. Products must be approved by VA prior to installation. Q: Can the filters be delivered directly to the site and temporarily stored? A: Yes, provided it is coordinate with the M&O foreman and space is available. The contractor is responsible for shipping and storage of any product prior to installation. Q: Please identify which filters on the filter list are for the smoke shack requiring monthly maintenance. A: Filters included on the Spreadsheet Q: Please identify roll filter thicknesses.
