This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This acquisition it to procure replacement GI Endoscopy Software for the Atlanta VAMC is purchasing a clinical documentation system specific to gastroenterological procedures to replace and obsolete and tedious methodology currently being used. This is a brand name or equal ProVation Software Requirement. The offeror shall provide quotes for the brand name or equal items located in Attachment 1 based on the delivery schedule located in the same attachment. Solicitation Number 36C24719Q1120 is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-06 09/11/119. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210, with a small business size standard of $38.5M. This brand name or equal, unrestricted Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued i/a/w: FAR Part 13.5. Award will be presented to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. This is an open-market combined synopsis/solicitation; the government intends to award a purchase order as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein.
