(ABOA):6,123 ABOA Rentable Square Feet (RSF):Not to Exceed 7,278 RSF Space Type:Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total):57 (with 12 reserved for Official Government Vehicles) Full Term:10 Years Firm Term:3 Years Termination Rights:120 Days in whole or in part Option Term:Possibility of Two 5-year renewal Options Additional Requirements:•5,000 SF of outside secured storage •1,000 SF covered for ATVs Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
