FBO NOTICE AMMENDMENT #2 Beckley WV Fuel Oil Delivery Requirement Opened: 9/9/2019 @1100am Closes: 9/11/2019 @1600 Location: Beckley VA Medical Center 200 Veterans Ave Beckley WV 25801 Revised SOW: Dyed #2 diesel fuel required for both generators. Location marked with X Map does not show varied terrain. 15000 gal can be delivered by tractor trailer to underground storage tank. 500 gal will need to be delivered by a single axle truck to the generator at the parking garage. Parking lot will be congested and vendor is responsible for vehicle and/or other property damages.
