Description

VHA Network Contracting Office 5 will be issuing a solicitation for the provision of Acupuncturist services for the Washington D.C. VA Medical Center. The contractor will provide clinical Acupuncturist services to veteran patients and VA staff. The estimated quantity of total clinical and administrative hours required per year is approximately 1,000. The intended contract will be a single-award, fixed price contract with a maximum term of 5 years (a 1-year base period with four 1-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the government). This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR part 13. The estimated issue date of the solicitation is September 12, 2019. Proposals will be due on September 19, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. EDT. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for VIP verified Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business competition under NAICS code 621399; the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this NAICS is $8 million.
