- PD solicitation MICC Center-Fort Knox intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) for Chapel Next Service coordinator for a base year with no option periods for Fort Knox, KY. This requirement will support the Fort Knox Chaplin's Office. NAICS is 711310. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. The solicitation (SF1449) will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website (FEDBIZOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation may be downloaded from this website. Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Contractors shall ensure SAM registration is active, The official SAM website is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Solicitation will be issued on or around 9 September 2019 with quotes due on 11 September 2019 at 0900 am Fort Knox, KY (Eastern Time). All qusestions about this requirement need to be submitted via email to janice.l.smith.civ@mail.mil no later than 11 September 2019 at 11:00 am, in order to recieve a timely response.Please note these dates are subjuect to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to the FEDBIZOpps website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments. Paper copies of the solicitation (SF 1449) will not be available. Solicitation must be downloaded at the above listed website. All quotes likewise may be submitted via email to Janice Smith at janice.l.smith.civ@mail.mil. Faxed or late quotes WILL NOT be accepted. All offers shall be submitted no later than the date and time specified for receipt ( see block 8 on the SF 1449 or the latest issued amendment). Award will be made to the lowest priced responsive, responsible offer.
