Description

The RFP and RFP attachments are hereby posted. Offerors are to note that attachments J-1 and J-11 (Specifications Package), J-2 and J-12 (Work-Item Plans, Drawings, and Other References), J-3 and J-13 Execution Milestones and Key Event Dates, J-4 and J-14 Pricing Workbook, J-7 Schedule and Model Review, S-5 Enclosure (1), and all CDRLs will not be posted to FBO and are available by written request to Justin Lessel and Erica Fetter at justin.d.lessel@navy.mil and erica.fetter@navy.mil. RFP N00024-19-R-4468 contains the updated Acquisition Strategy 2.0, which incorporates new strategies for the modernization and repair of subject availabilities. An overview and summary of particular items to note in this RFP will be coordinated with potential offerors at a later date. In addition, potential bidders are to review the RFP fully and note updated language in Section L Paragraph I.E.: "The Government requests a negative response from any potential prime Offeror who after reviewing this solicitation does not intend on submitting a proposal. Negative responses are to be delivered to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist listed above NLT seven (7) business days after solicitation release." NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-SEP-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
