THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO THE SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE TO AMEND FACTOR 6 LOCATION Subject: Develop a Facility Master Plan for the VACHS | Modification to a Previous Notice The purpose of this action is to amend FACTOR 6 LOCATION to read as follows: FACTOR 6 LOCATION Location in general geographical area of the project and Knowledge of the locality of the project; It is expected that your SF 330 submittal will show your knowledge of the locality project and that your proximity to the general geographical area enables you to physically show up to the work site within 24 hours, when required. Note that Factor 6 Location, was amended to replace within 5 hours, when required with within 24 hours, when required. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS, CRITERIA REMAINS UNCHANGED. REFER TO THE SOURCES SOUGHT ORGINALLY POSTED FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS/INFORMATION. SF 330 Date of Receipt/Due Date: Interested firms having the capabilities to perform this work must submit one (1) electronic SF 330 and attachments (if any) no later than (NLT) 9-10-2019 at 3:30PM (AST). Email capacity is limited to 5 Megabytes (MB) in size to ensure receipt by U.S. Government email systems. The A/E firm is responsible to verify that the Government has received the SF330/technical qualifications.
