- This is a Request for Information only for acquisition planning purposes and no formal solicitation exists at this time. All businesses, regardless of size, capable of providing these items are invited to respond to this announcement and submit a capability statement for consideration. Capability statements received will be reviewed to determine a firm's previous experience performing similar work as well as their technical, administrative, management, and financial capability. The capability statements will be reviewed and used to determine an appropriate procurement strategy, in particular whether a set-aside is warranted or an alternate procurement strategy. Proposed Project: The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a company to provide all management, labor, materials, and transportation necessary to furnish, pickup, clean, do minor repairs, and deliver contractor provided coveralls/uniforms for Hoover Dam employees and visitors to the Bureau of Reclamation, Hoover Dam. Delivery and pickup of coveralls/uniforms shall be on a weekly basis and/or when requested. Contractor shall provide five bins with self-closing lids for soiled coveralls (three for soiled, one for repairs, and one for hexavalent chromium contaminated coveralls). Below are the specific coveralls/uniforms required: FR Rating coveralls with a rating 8.2 Cal. Or better - Approximately 420 Pairs 65/35 blend coveralls - Approximately 1,104 Pairs Long pants and Short Sleeve Shirts - Approximately 60 Sets Additional Coveralls - Approximately 72 Pairs Long Sleeve Coveralls, 65/35 blend labeled "Visitor" - Approximately 30 Pairs Long Sleeve Coveralls, 65/35 blend labeled "USBR Employee" - Approximately 45 Pairs Impermeable, soluble bags for Chromium contaminated coveralls/uniforms - Approximately 400 Bags Coveralls/Uniforms in sizes for Ladies (number to be determined) Coveralls/Uniforms in sizes 32 to 60 in short/regular/long/large/tall All coveralls/uniforms shall be in clean condition with no rips, tears, or other damage Contractor shall make arrangements to properly fit each current employee as well as new employees within one week of request with names labeled on coveralls/uniforms. Simple alterations are at no additional cost and shall be included. Capability Statement/Package Interested sources are welcome to submit a capability statement package to include the following information: 1. Capability statement shall address the work listed above and the offeror ¿s ability to meet the qualification requirements with this type of work. 2. Provide information on what's available in women's sizes, and big & tall for men. 3. Provide a customary pricing structure; for example, price per piece, certain quantity per month or week, flat rate per week or month. Is rental priced separately from cleaning and repair? 4. Provide your business name, address, point of contact, phone number and email address. 5. Provide your business size & type: 8(a), HubZone, Service Disabled Veteran, Small Business or Large Business, etc. 6. The capability statement shall address the offerors' capability to perform under a contract of this magnitude and complexity. Provide a list of ALL RELEVANT projects (projects of a similar size, scope, and complexity of the proposed project are considered relevant), either Government or commercial, performed within the last three (3) years, with a brief description of the project; contract number, project title, dollar amount, timeliness of performance, and customer satisfaction. Include the customer's name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and points of contact with phone numbers. Indicate whether or not you were the prime contractor, and, if you were a subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact information for the prime contractor. Include the percentage of self-performed work, how the work was accomplished, and the performance rating for the work. Information provided by industry in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this sources sought. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAIC) code is 812332 - Industrial Launderers, Small Business Size Standard is $38.5M.
