- Combined Synopsis Verbiage This is a COMBINES SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The RFQ number is N0018919Q0394. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-98 and DFARS Publication Notice 20180601. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed contract action for a Coffee Art Touch It Espresso Machine. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing a Coffee Art Touch It Espresso Machine in support of the USS Kearsarge(LHD3): ITEM NO SUPPLIES/SERVICES UNIT PRICE AMOUNT 0002 EACH $ Coffee Art Touch It Espresso Machine. FFP FOB: Destination NET AMT $ Delivery us 24 weeks ARO. Delivery will be FOB Destination Norfolk, VA applies. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. This announcement will close September 6, 2019 at 3:00 PM (EST). Submit all quotes to Charles Bell via email to Charles.d.bell2@navy.mil. (DO NOT SUBMIT QUOTES VIA NECO). A determination by the Government is to compete this proposed effort on a full and open basis, based upon responses to this notice solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Procedures in FAR 13.106 are applicable to this procurement. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government.
