- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for the Production of 200 each model (shell_1_of_Full Body - Line-Cutter.stl and shell_2_of_Full Body - Line-Cutter.stl) using Fused Deposition Modeling, ABS-ESD7 (FDM), procurement of internal components, and assembly of Full Body line cutters prior to delivery in accordance with Attachment #1- Solicitation and Attachment #2 -NAVSEA DRAWING 7611302 Dated 4 SEP 2018. NOTE: In order to view NAVSEA Drawings, offerors must be registered according to DOD Joint Certification Program (JCP). See website http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp for further information. This solicitation is issued in less than 15 days per FAR 5.203(a) & (h). Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-19-Q-2579. The pre-solicitation has been waived per FAR 5.202(a)(13). Delivery 6 weeks ARO. F.O.B Destination, Newport, RI 02841-1708 This requirement is 100% total small business set-aside procurement as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs. The NAICS Code is 323111; the size standard is 500 employees. This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. Technically acceptable means (1) the items quoted meet the requirements/specifications in NAVSEA drawing #7611302; and (2) the Government may consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.213-7000 where negative information within the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable. Failure to propose all the required items will render your quote ineligible for award. Quotes shall include pricing for all items, delivery terms, shipping costs and the following additional information with submissions: point of contact (including phone number and email address, and cage code). Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) to be eligible for award. Instructions for registration are available on the website. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the Government. Quotes must be emailed to karen.sampson@navy.mil and received no later than 13 September 2019 at 2:00PM, EST.
