Additional questions or communication should be sent by email to Tiffani.Balestrini@usdoj.gov All material in this request are considered confidential and shall not be used by the Respondent for any reason other than responding to this request. This is a Request for Information (RFI) and your response is NOT an offer. The results of this Request for Information (RFI) will be used to develop an Acquisitions Strategy, AND WILL NOT RESULT IN A CONTRACT OF ANY TYPE. This request does not obligate UNICOR OFG to pay any cost that any Respondent incurs in the preparation of its response. All cost associated with the preparation of a response to this request will be borne solely by the Respondent. All submitted responses shall become the property of UNICOR OFG and will not be returned. GENERAL: The supplies to be furnished under any award made will include various sizes of gray/silver under mount LED task lighting to be used in the production of wood, laminate and systems office furniture. The materials will be delivered to multiple geographic locations throughout the United States. A listing of the majority of materials and shipping points will be included in this RFI. UNICOR, FPI is seeking information about the Contractor's capability to provide all the listed materials to the various locations listed. All interested parties shall furnish the following minimum information: •1. Name of Company •2. Telephone number, Fax Number and email address •3. Brief summary of company history and capability to meet requirements •4. Business Size (ie Large, Small, Socio Economic Category) •5. State if Company is Manufacturer or Non-Manufacturer •6. If your firm is ISO 9001 certified •7. Your offered products Green certifications or qualities (UL Certification). •8. Your firm's ability to offer additional sizes, colors/finishes if required by UNICOR customers at a later date if required. •9. Your firms Inventory Management Plan to maintain inventory to meet UNICOR product demands. •10. Your firm's ability to expedite any deliveries to UNICOR if required. •11. Any other information contractor deems pertinent to this request. •12. Origin/place of manufacture of products. Are parts used produced domestically/foreign? Is the end product manufactured domestically or overseas? Any questions as a result of this Request for Information (RFI) shall be addressed in writing to Tiffani.Balestrini@usdoj.gov no later than 2:00 pm EST Monday September 9, 2019. No phone calls will be accepted to address any questions or concerns resulting from this Request for Information (RFI).
