Description

The purpose of this amendment is as follows: Revise B.4 Pricing Schedule Extend Offer due date This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP); the solicitation number is 36C10B19Q0662 (see attached document: Synopsis_Solicitation_36C10B19Q0662). Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Acquisition Operations, Technology Acquisition Center, located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ, intends to issue a Small Business Set-Aside solicitation for professional grade turnkey solution for main building auditorium. The VA Caribbean Healthcare System, Medical Media Production Service has the need to purchase a Professional Grade Turnkey Solution for its Main Building Auditorium. This Turnkey Solution shall include equipment, components, materials, software and provide for the integration of the solution. The equipment listed shall support all the necessary processes during the use of the auditorium. These processes are video, photography, audiovisual, sound and broadcasting. One Contractor shall be responsible to provide the equipment, components, materials and software, installation and integration included in the Product Description. The Contractor shall be an authorized dealer from the listed manufacturers in Puerto Rico and/or the Caribbean. Equipment listed is an essential component for this Turnkey Solution. Products or equipment are identified by Brand name, model and/or part number, or equivalent, which have been customary provided. VA will allow offers on equipment that are equal to those specified herein due to new models or software versions. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 334310. This solicitation shall close on September 6, 2019, 3:30 PM EST.
