COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR OFF-SITE INSCRIPTION SERVICES IN THE SOUTHEAST DISTRICT THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO A PREVIOUS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICES AND PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6 STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ADMENDMENT IS TO PROVIDE RESPONSES TO ALL QUESTIONS THAT WERE RECEIVED BY SEPTEMBER 5, 2019. THE CLOSING DATE OF THE SOLICITATION REMAINS UNCHANGED. ALL QUOTES MUST BE SUMBITTED BY SEPTEMBER 12, 2019 AT 12:00 NOON EST. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME.
