Description

This is a notice of contract action (NOCA) This is not a solicitation for quote. The purpose of this NOCA is to notify industry of the VA s intent of contract action using other than competitive procedures for sole source awards to verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns, as authorized by VAAR 819.7007. Notice of Contract Action: Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract using other than competitive procedures to Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions for the purchase of dual-head monitor image systems and related software. The estimated value of this acquisition is approximately $189,000. Estimated award date is on or about September 21, 2019. Responsible sources may submit a quote or capabilities statement which shall be considered by the agency but shall in no way bind the agency. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this NOCA or any follow-up information requests. All information shall be submitted in writing, via email to Deborah.murphy3@va.gov no later than 12:00 PM EST, September 20, 2019.
