- Solicitation Amendment 1 Non-personal services Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide Oil/Water Separation service and maintenance. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary. The Contractor shall compile, record and report historical data, prepare required reports, and submit all information as specified by the Deliverables presented in the contract. The Contractor shall ensure all work in support of mission requirements tendered to the Government for acceptance conform to the measurable performance standards of quality, timeliness, and quantity specified in the PWS of this contract. The Contractor shall remove all Floating Oils and Grease (FOG), particulates, and debris from the surface of the Oil/Water Separator (OWS), and also any floating oils, greases and debris within the suspension/blocking fluid, and all sediment debris located at the bottom of the suspension/blocking fluid (water) while leaving as much suspension/blocking fluid as needed, for the safe and proper operation of the GT&OWS device/container. See attached PWS for full description of the requirement. A site visit will be held on Tuesday, 17 September 2019 at 1:00 PM Central time. Access to Fort Leavenworth is restricted and requires planning to ensure arrival on time. Contractors need to process through the Visitor Center to obtain access to the installation. Please contact the below Point of Contact prior to the site visit to confirm attendance for the site visit: Larissa Brown, Contract Specialist 913-684-1622 larissa.a.brown2.civ@mail.mil After initial meeting at the MICC office, contractors will be guided to DPW facilities on Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027-2332. The facility manager will provide a walk-through of the site. All questions shall be sent via email to the Contract Specialist by Thursday, 19 September 2019 at 4:30 PM. All questions received will be answered and posted to FBO through an amendment to the Solicitation.
