This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is for the use of two bulk oxygen tanks (1 primary 690,000 CF capacity tank, 1 backup tank), delivery fees, fuel surcharge, hazmat fees, and telemetry service check fees. The period of performance is from 10/1/2019 to 9/30/2020. In accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program, this solicitation is a VOSB set-aside. Only offers from contractors listed on the VETBIZ website as VOSB or SDVOSB prior to offer submission will be considered. All questions must be emailed to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 1200 PM PST on 9/11/2019, to allow time to post a response. All offers must be emailed to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 1200 noon PST on 9/16/2019. No late offers will be considered.
