- SPE4A619R0568 - NSN Details This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract covering seven National Stock Numbers (NSNs) for Spill Containment Units manufactured by Basic Concepts, Incorporated CAGE 0V4E7. The NSNs, Basic Concepts P/Ns, the estimated annual quantity, and requested delivery are included in attachment 1. Surge and Sustainment requirements apply to NSN 4235-01-387-1498. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 12. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted using other than full and open competition. The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. Choose the DLA Request for Proposals (RFP) / Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations. Enter the solicitation number within the search value area, and click the submit button. Solicitations are in Portable Document Format (PDF). To download and view these documents, use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation may be provided to requestors on a case-by-case basis if access to DIBBS is not available. Solicitation will be made in writing and will issue on or about September 19, 2019.
