Description

The intent of this solicitation is to award a contract for Diagnostic Medical Physics Support or Services. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, supplies, equipment, and qualified personnel to provide on-site diagnostic medical physics support or services for Veteran Administration Pacific Islands Health Care System (VAPIHCS). The Contractor shall comply with radiation protection standards in 29 CFR 1910.1096 and immediately report any unsafe conditions with the potential to adversely impact the facility radiation workers or patients to the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO). Period of Performance: Base Year: October 1, 2019- September 30, 2020 Option Year 1: October 1, 2020 September 30, 2021 Option Year 2: October 1, 2021 September 30, 2022 Option Year 3: October 1, 2022 September 30, 2023 Option Year 4: October 1, 2023 September 30, 2024
