DRAFT EFiMS Request for Proposal (RFP) Attachment J-5 Attachment J-4 Attachment J-3 Attachment J-2 Attachment J-1 Dear Industry Partners, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO), in support of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), provides the attached DRAFT solicitation for the DHS Enterprise Financial Management Software (EFiMS) requirement for your review and comment. The attached DRAFT solicitation incorporates many of the comments received from industry on previous draft documents and during the Industry Day. Please submit your comments via email to EFiMS-SW@hq.dhs.gov no later than 12 noon on Friday September 20, 2019. Please be advised that the FINAL solicitation will take precedence over information in this notice and previous notices. Registration information for the EFiMS/Enterprise Financial System Integrator (EFSI) Reading Room will be provided the week of September 9th. Thank you for your interest in this requirement and we look forward to your feedback.
