Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M00318-19-Q-0028 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) current to DPN 20190820. This is a small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 750 employees.
