- Performance Work Statement (PWS) Sources Sought to Repair Mobile Aircraft Fire Trainer at Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal This Sources Sought is for market research purposes only. The 65th Contracting Flight, Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal, is conducting market research to determine potential sources having the skills, capabilities and experience necessary to perform the described work. No award will be made from this Sources Sought. Items/Services Description: This is a non-personal service with the acquisition of certain items. The service description and the items are listed and explained in the attached Performance Work Statement. The contractor must provide all qualified personnel, specialized equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, safety equipment, any other items and services necessary to perform the Repair of the Mobile Aircraft Fire Trainer (MAFT) MA 500 located at Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal. All design and installation work must be completed within 180 days from award. Sources shall include in their information: 1. A detailed capabilities statement their capabilities in providing the same or similar services described in this notice. 2. A point of contact with phone and e-mail information. 3. Business size based on NAICS 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. All interested vendors should notify this office in writing by email no later than 11 September 2019, 17:00 hours, Azores Local Time.
