Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 7 (NCO 7) intends to award a sole source contract award to: Doric Lenses Inc.357 Franquet, Quebec, QC, G1P 4N7, Canada, Tel.: 418-877-5600 #239. The Period of Performance for Contract Award will be one year. Contractor shall provide Fiber Photometry Console equipment and associated items to the research department at the Dorn VA Medical Center, Research and Development, 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209; THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by September 9, 2019, 3:00 p.m. (ET). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Michael.giffon@Va.Gov. Telephone requests or inquires will not be accepted.
