- Delineated Area Map Wanted to Lease by USDA REQUIREMENT: The United States Department of Agriculture in Higginsville, Missouri, is interested in leasing approximately 7575 rentable square feet of office space, together with 52 on-site paved parking spaces. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 6587 ANSI/BOMA first class, high quality, contiguous office space. TERM: The lease is for 10 years. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, the building location must be within or fronting the following boundaries: Staring at the corner of Hwy 13 and Long Grove Rd: Long Grove Rd East to Hwy 20/Business 13, East to E. 9th St, East to Lipper Ave, South to E. 26th St, West to Shelby St, South to E. 29th St, West to Oak St, South to W 34th St, West to Hwy 13 South on Hwy to I-70. Also, From Hwy 13 and Hwy MM: Hwy MM west to Miners Trail, North to W. 29th St, East to Hwy 13, North to W 22nd St, West to Sycamore St, North to Hwy FF East to Hwy 13, North back to starting point on Hwy 13. This includes land on both sides of all roads. Nothing on the south side of I-70. (map attached) OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready for occupancy within nine (9) months after lease award. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building name and address or Site location and address 2. Location of space within the building 3. Rentable square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square foot 4. ANSI/BOMA Usable square feet and the Common area factor 5. Amount of onsite paved parking available 6.
