Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contract Specialist no later than September 6, 2019 at 2:00p.m. Responses should be sent to Sarah.Ballentine@va.gov. Information received will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
