Description

1 Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source in order to identify any potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide maintenance & repairs on the Alertus System that is described below that will not interrupt the continuum of care. This requirement is defined primary by existing hardware already in use at the Martinsburg Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 510 Butler Ave, Martinsburg, WV 25405 STATEMENT OF WORK PR# 613-20-1-554-003 GENERAL DESCRIPTION SUPPLES: None SERVICE: Alertus software installation, updates, troubleshooting, diagnosis and configuration GENERAL REQUIREMENTS The Contractor shall install software, make necessary updates, respond to trouble calls, and make necessary software repairs to the Alertus System. Standards: The Contractor shall comply with all VA requirements and maintain remote access capability to the ALERTUS software and host server. All installed software shall be updated within 7 days of release to the general public. Contractor shall provide 24/7 trouble call capacity and respond and repair trouble calls within 48 hours unless coordinated and accepted differently by the COR. Maintain status as a device option under the AtHOC Mass Notification System. Task: To provide emergency communication capability via text to voice beacon, speakers, and interface with all Public Address systems currently in use as of 1 October 2019.
