- ACC-APG-Research Triangle Park intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-5, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" based on unique supplies or services available from only one or a limited number of sources or from only one or a limited number of suppliers with unique capabilities to satisfying the Government requirements. Based on the above, the Government intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with The Capital Factory, 701 Brazos St, Austin, TX 78701 for: Workspace Membership Subscription not to exceed 65 personnel, that shall provide access to no less than 50,000 square feet of co-working space; conference rooms; technological innovation, development and accelerate-focused events. Located in Austin, Texas within close proximity to HQ, Army Futures Command in postal zip code area 78701. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 09/08/2019 by 11:59 local time, Raleigh, North Carolina, USA.
