Description
TO33B TO33B TO33B Provisions and Clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W91364-19-R-7015 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business. The NAICS code that applies is 334519 and business size is 500 employees. This action will result in a FFP purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under Full and Open competition After Exclusion of Sources. Funds are not presently available for this requirement. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to, but no later than, 30 September 2019. This action has been identified on the National Guard high priority list for award, if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. Requirement is for Non Destructive Inspection Equipment to be delivered to 1947 Harrington Memorial Road, Mansfield, Ohio 44903. Contract Line Items: this requirement and associated contract line item number (CLIN) is provided below: CLIN# Description Quantities Unit Of Measure 0001 Radiation Survey Meter -- Operating Range -- 0 to 500 uR/h or 0 to 5 uSv/h, 0 to 5 mR/h or 0 to 50 uSv/h, 0 to 50 mR/h or 0 to 500 uSv/h, 0 to 500 mR/h or 0 to 5 mSv/h, 0 to 5 R/h or 0 to 50 mSv/h -- Gamma and X-ray Energy Sensitivity -- From 25 keV -- Gamma Radiation Range -- Above 25 keV -- Beta Energy Sensitivity -- From 1 MeV -- Accuracy -- +/- 10% of Reading Between 10% and 100% of Full-scale Indication on Any Range, Exclusive of Energy Response (Calibration Source is 137Cs Calibration -- Certificate - NIST - Must be listed in T.O 33B-1-1, paragraph 6.3.10.3.5 Recommended Instruments 3 Each 0002 Ultrasonic Flaw Detector -- IP Rating--Designed to meet the standards of the Ingress Protection (IP) rating number IP67 (navigation pad version) or IP66 (knob version) per IEC 60529-2004 (Degrees of Protection provided by enclosures - IP Code).The product design was confirmed to meet the IP rating by means of Olympus internal design verification test process that occurs prior to the release of the product to production.--Explosive Atmosphere--Safe operation as defined by Class I, Division 2, Group D, as defined in the National Fire Protection Association Code (NFPA 70), Article 500, and tested using MIL-STD-810F, Method 511.4, Procedure I--Shock Tested--MIL-STD-810F, Method 516.5 Procedure I, 6 cycles each axis, 15g, 11 ms half sine.--Vibration Tested--MIL-STD-810F, Method 514.5, Procedure I, Annex C, Figure 6, general exposure: 1 hour each axis--Operating Temperature -10 °C to 50 °C (14 °F to 122 °F) --Battery Storage Temperature -- 0 °C to 50 °C (32 °F to 122 °F)-Must be listed in T.O. 33B-1-2, Table 1 Master List of Special Tools 1 Each Evaluations factors will be Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable.
