- RFQ - INMATE RELEASE BUS SERVICES - FCI MORGANTOWN FY 2020 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution - Morgantown, located in West Virginia intends to issue solicitation 15B11320Q00000004, for the requirements of Inmate Release Bus Transportation. This solicitation is set aside 100% Small Business. Pricing will be provided FOB Destination, 446 Greenbag Road, Morgantown, WV 26507. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single award. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about September 3, 2019 and will be posted in on www.fbo.gov, all future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is September 17, 2019. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations (AUG 2005) is included.
