Description
Competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS code 238220; Size Standard $15 M, FSC: Z2NB This contract will have a base year and four option periods for a total of 60 months. The ordering period will be from date of award through the Contract completion date. The purpose of the Maintenance and Repair of Boilers, Associated Services and Distribution located at the New London Naval Submarine Base, Groton CT. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering and other items necessary to provide the services as described in the Performance Work. The total value of this contract is $4,412,700.00. This includes the base and four option periods, recurring and non-recurring line items. Minimum guarantee for the contract is the recurring services for the base year. The minimum guarantee will be obligated with the first task order. Non recurring future task order requests for quotes (RFQ ™s) will include a date and point of contact for the site visit. During the site visit, the Contractor and the Government will review the work requirement and any changes will be addressed by amendment. After the site visit, the Contractor will prepare a proposal and submit it to the Contracting Officer who will review it and negotiate with the Contractor as required. Task orders will be issued on Department of Defense Form DD1155. Contractor shall also comply with any additional requirements or provisions provided with the request for proposal.
