Description

Salem VA Health Care System is seeking a Contractor to provide pharmacy benefit management first fill services. Contractor shall fill first time prescriptions for Salem VA patients seen at the associated Community Based Outreach Clinics (CBOCs) and provide medication counseling per Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 requirements (OBRA-90). Prices shall be offered with respect to Average Wholesale Price (AWP). This is a Presolicitation only. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about September 4, 2019. The NAICS Code for this procurement 524292 - Third Party Administration of Insurance and Pension Funds with a size standard of $32.5 Million Note This is a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set-Aside To be considered for award company must be Verified in the (VIP Database) (www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov) All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov).
