Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) One (1) year Service Contract for Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry system in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NFFP7100-19-02647wb. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 (08/13/2019). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
