- Big Sandy Recreational Equip.- Toilets COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION TEMPLATE (FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140R4019Q0081 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 327390 with an associated small business size standard of $7M. PRICING: Provide CLIN pricing as identified including a total price for all CLINs when combined. Price should include all applicable fees. Addendum to 52.212-1 substitutes the term ¿quote ¿ where the term ¿offer ¿ appears in the provision. Delivery, Unloading and Placement of Vault Toilets. 1. Supplier shall deliver the restroom components to the site. Supplier shall off load the restroom components from the delivery truck with a crane on the compacted base at locations set by the Contractor for the Precast Unit. 2. Lifting Equipment- Supplier shall provide lifting/rigging equipment. Crane of appropriate capacity to lift and place building onto designated site. 3. Assembly, Post-Tensioning and Connection Building section should be lifted into place as close as possible without damaging the sections by supplier. Once sections are aligned supplier will run post-tension cables(provided) through the holes cast into the floor and roof. Supplier will use hydraulic post-tensioning device to cinch the building sections together. Backer rod and caulk provided to seal building sections.
