- Request for Information (RFI) QUESTION: In the subject RLP Solicitation #VA36C26219R0012, Section 1.04 Unique Requirements stipulates "First floor space preferred, we would like to know if the VA would consider space that is available in a new building on the 2nd floor that is ADA compliant with elevators. ANSWER: Requirements are set forth within the solicitation. Section 1.04 states, First floor is preferred. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
